Only food which use to given by branch head once in 2 month that's it

Everything there were no reimbursement given for traveling for client meeting lot and lot pressure you can't sleep in night .

Work Details

There were no work life balance, officially we were having 2nd 4th sat off still BM used to call us and he himself was not there . Even though we were not having any work still they use to call on 2nd n 4th sat.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
