I am working from last 2 year i they have not provided any single increase in salary in lockdown they deduct the salary or many employees and after the unlock tbose who are working and come daily to offices the aslo deduct their salary as well.. Bad management no hr support no increment for any employee..... I u planning to join this olease stay away from this organisation... Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes we have work 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in evening.. managers do not value an individuals unique strengths. Which bis I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation email s from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals . Also, there is no on-job training for fresher's, henceseniorfolks like me have to guide them step by step,who's is pain sometimes....Read More
