If you be in sales it will be terrible. They send you without appointment. Not sometime or to crack the sales. All the time without any leads anytime and not having any support team for you in backend. Urs salary credits by 10th. U are so lucky of you get on time about your sales expenses. U have to put your personal money for your official works and to get them you have to fight with team to get reimbursement. This is such a terrible thing. Sometimes you won't get until 3 months. Worst even work culture. They ask you to work on Sunday without any hesitation. They give false commitment while joing later nothing....Read More

Only the thing I liked in Geo was they have done financial year closing ceremony at the end of March in every year. On that day some employees got award on basis of his/her performance.

Most of the thing I dislike was micromanagement, senior person involvement was there in everywhere.
