I am working as a researcher in the company. We have got freedom in working hours and location. The work pressure is manageable. We get support from our director for the product development and freedom to do research. The salary part is good as well.

Dislikes

Sometimes, we get involved in multiple projects and that affects the performance, however it doesn't happen too often. Once the priorities are decided, things become easier.

It is a big shop in real sense run by a guy named sanjay Aron. There is no culture no job value. They are just focussed on selling as they call themselves technical company. There is not even a single technical guy. A worst company I ever worked. There is no permanent HR and also no pf and no mediclaim.
