Every project is organised in a wonderful and professional manner by the project managers. There’s a lot to learn from the project managers here. Also, the managers behaviour with all the employees is appreciative. They never use harsh and hurtful words, yet manage to get all the work completed by employees on time.

Dislikes

Can’t think of a point as of now, may be later!!

Work Details

It’s okay okay. Some projects will demand putting in more than standard hours while others may not need. Some projects can totally drain you with no personal time left. The best part is that work hours are flexible here.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?

I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. I’ve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage. I’m 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there). I’m really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
