As per job security you can work here your whole life in terms of learning and improve your skills. For female candidates it's very good to balance work life both office and home as well in a very good manner.

Dislikes

Only salary is the single aspect from my point of view. However everytime only salary doesn't matter, so it depends on ones requirements.

Hello everyone; As there are many processes in Genpact thus Work life balance, Job security, Appraisals and other aspects which a person wants to know before joining depends on process to process and your upper management. Overall Job security is there if you work well, Learning scopeis there but you would not get enough time because of work load....Read More

Less or minimal yearly appraisals. WAM tracker(which tracks your production time) is worst. Work Load is a night mare sometimes.

Need advice for selecting the right company

Need help in deciding the company. 1.Fractal Analytics 2.IRIS Software Inc. 3.Perficient 4.BP (British petroleum) 5.Genpact 6.Nagarro 7.GlobalLogic CCTC: 16.4 fixed YOE: 4.7 All above companies are having ctc ranged from 23-25 fixed and position is Senior AWS Data Engg. I am looking for a company which is offering good quality work and even though I need to stretch myself a bit initially I am ok with it. For nagarro I will be initially on the bench. Also any leads for fractal with what is the salary range for senior aws DE for 6+ yrs.
