Not even paying the salaries on time, maintaining minimum buffer of one month, and no hikes at all i have been working with this company for almost three years, when i joined my CTC is 24000 and drops to 20k now. and the company is very irresponsible.

Worst incentive structure. 4. You will give your everything still you will not get any motivation. 5. Moreover worst place to work in permanent staffing solution team. I will never recommend anyone.
