About appraisal and career growth not as per the expectation and our performance. Work environment is good, no any innovation at client place.I'm working on client place,work life is good,colleagues and other office staff are also good and supportive But, sometimes those peoples makes us realize that we are not part of that family we are on a outsource And our motivation to work is reduced.
