I have been working here since past 2 years, and this is my first cooperate job.All my seniors and managers are friendly and one can always have a smooth communication without any hesitation. I love my work culture all my subordinates are like my friends and we help each-other other then comparing.

Resignation-This plays a very important job in any career.I would suggest that people should be appreciated more for their hardwork. Responsibility without authority is nothing hence I would suggest that if you are giving people responsibility please give them authority i.e Designation for the same.The pay rate needs to increase as it is comparatively low from the market value.
