Work life is terrible you can't take your own leaves untill unless any casualty is happen, doesn't matter how many casual leave, sick leaves etc you have. Brand higher authority try to look into your personal life and always try to be detective. I am talking about Armani exchange brand, you can go with any other brands of genesis luxury like super dry, Emporio and many more here you can work freely . Promotion chances is very less until unless higher authority wants to do so, They only makes fool to there staff by boosting there motivation and told them that soon they will be promote.😂 H.R🤦🏻😂 HR is puppet of operation and brand head, so basically there is no one to listen you except higher authority which are busy in doing dictatorship.
