GREF is a nice and Good Enviromental work department Even my father work to in GREF as a MT/Driver so even me i work under GREF as a CPL it is nice and good field to work such like a Engineers company and its policy's and facilities are good.

Slow growth and less new technical machine are there

Being a central Government organization,I had an opportunity to learn different culture of people throughout my country.

Dislikes

No proper training provided for freshers. Straight away there are so many responsibilities will be pour in on individuals.Have to be a quick leearner to sustain in this org.

My work is bit challanging as I am the In charge of Veh/Eqpt/Plants,I need to make sure that all are on-rd majority of times, and to maintain that in this remote area is pretty difficult.

Dislikes

All the projects in this organization in border areas of the country. Most of the time you away from family & social activities. Paucity of medical facilities & living accommodation have less priority than work assigned to be completed.
