Dislikes

No proper training provided for freshers. Straight away there are so many responsibilities will be pour in on individuals.Have to be a quick leearner to sustain in this org.

The GREF includes civil, electrical, mechanical engineers Administrative Officers Medical Officers and Hindi Officers.The Border Roads Organisation (BRO) develops and maintains road networks in India's border areas and friendly neighbouring countries. However, keeping in view the service conditions of BRO, the civilian personnel have been extended some additional facilities such as Mess, Ration, CSD Canteen, Uniform, 60 days Earned Leave in a calendar year, etc., which otherwise are not entitled to other civilian employees of Central Government.

Dislikes

90 percent areas are remote . Family life is average as most locations are in remote.

Its a Force having global approach of work execution. All technical expertise adoring the future of the GREF, Everybody will feel pride to be the part of this organization. This organization ruled under CSR and Min of Def and having belt force liabilities.

Dislikes

All the projects in this organization in border areas of the country. Most of the time you away from family & social activities. Paucity of medical facilities & living accommodation have less priority than work assigned to be completed.

GREF is a nice and Good Enviromental work department Even my father work to in GREF as a MT/Driver so even me i work under GREF as a CPL it is nice and good field to work such like a Engineers company and its policy's and facilities are good.

Slow growth and less new technical machine are there
