There is substantial gap between what the company projects and what happens in reality at Nashik Plant 1. Hiring is done based on perception of great culture which is limited to the Head office only 2. Plant works with philosophy of extreme Strech and low resourcing 3. High performing employees from good companies come in, experience the toxic culture and exit quickly 4. There is no separation of work and life, as its a 7-day working factory, and the employees are expected to be at office 6 days 5. Routine 24X7 call availability expected 6.
