Is 22-28 LPA possible at 4 YoE (DevOps/SRE)?
Hi all,
I'm currently making 11 LPA at a product based company as a DevOps/SRE Engineer. I never switched as I was learning a lot here. I am pretty good with leetcode, can solve most mediums in 15 mins. My strongest skills are Kubernetes, CI/CD, Python scripting and backend devlopment.
I also have a CKAD certificate and a GCP cloud certificate.
I want to know how much I can realistically make if I switch in the next 6 months.

Bro, you got CKAD + GCP certs AND backend dev experience, and you’re asking if 22-28 LPA is possible? You should already be there. Either you love your company too much or your interview game is weak.

Not gonna lie, if you can solve mediums in 15 mins, you should be aiming for 30+ LPA. Either you're overestimating your LC skills or underestimating the market.
