The team i was working with was toxic my manager was expecting me to work at home after leaving the office and the sr manager too supported it, he requires the update in every 2 minutes of giving the work This is the worst company for the contractual employees the partiality is seen and they just end the contract according to their needs without consulting The team is not at all supportive whenever leave is needed or leave taken Also at the time they just fake promise of taking on the general mills payroll even after working good and completing work on particular deadlines and quality working of 2.5 yrs they didn't take on the payroll reasons being that they don't have the headcound Great company for the full time employees but worst for the contract employees...Read More
