Free Transport & cafeteria facility is a real benefit. Pay scale is at par with its peers. Gives a great exposure to world class system and infrastructure.

Absolutely no learning. No job satisfaction. Roles are very devalued. Its more of a BPO setup. After you start working here, the experience will not count at all in industry, since it's unique and low end.On top of it since the payscale is high, you will find very few companies shortlisting your resume.Things get worst when company starts reducing head count. You are stuck.
HR policies are blur. You will keep getting decent raise, but necessarily not promotion.Feedback for questions for not getting promoted will be sugar coated and totally irrelevant but respectful. In a way not getting promotion is actually a boon, since it opens your doors for getting job outside since a big designation with low job skills and irrelevant profile will completely shut your chances.
On the job security front, my take is that, basis the situation in Supply Chain, it's more into exit mode. Max by 2020 the roles will be outsourced to a Bangalore based ITES company.
Demand Planning team here is the hub of attrition followed by Scheduling, since they are the only teams with some limited scope outside. Other teams are hub of old white elephants, who have fat paychecks and irrelevant work profiles for industry, so they are stuck.
Think twice if you want to join this company. If you have a solid profile, and experience and skill, want some relaxation for a year with a quick 30% increase over your existing pay, then join and then look out for other avenues. But ensure you are perfect with your analysis of your skill else you are jeopardising few years of your career.
On a final note, the company is notorious for making a race horse pull a cart ,and and a horse meant for pulling cart to race, and hence it shows the low judgement of managers and HR to identify individuals right for job....Read More
