Work life balance.

Dislikes

Don't think of recognition or growth. Managers do not value team work. efforts are not recognized. they consider it as given. only managers get appraisals on time. it would be good to join GE as Manager or HR as they get multiple hikes regularly. Technical side you wont get recognized. only policy is impress their manager with fake promise and disappoint individual or team efforts.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
