No job security. No proper recognisation of work. Employees can expect a call of termination from Head of Software at any moment, saying "Due to company's financial crisis we have decided to layoff few employees and you have one month of time to find your new job". It does not matter how many years you worked for the company and howmuch critical situation you handled, they take no time to layoff if they decided to do so.. Company is following simple method with employees - Take new interns and don't convert to fulltime and then take new interns. Management is well known for it's promise breaking decisions.
