Talking about the compensation and benefits, they hardly pay anything. Initial learning is fine but no progress can be seen if working more than 6 months. Working hours is not fixed.

Hr doesn't know any thing. I had word with HR team member ( raksha ), she doesn't even ready to tell the company shift timings properly and asking me to be available till 12:30am night starting to 9:30 morning. With saying 3 rotational shifts. When asked the shift timings she said she only knows about the one shift timings and others not properly. And asking me to join in such situations. She doesn't have a ethical way to talk even. Not recommend to join such company where informations are not transparent with the employees....Read More
