They are not employee centric. They just want to become a BIG4 overnight and expect their employees to work 24/7. It sometimes feels claustrophobic, as if you can't breathe. There is no work like balance, if you are married, you might end up divorced. Additionally, the pay scale is very poor with increments of only 5% at most and that you with a delay of almost a year where your another increment would be due. Within 2 weeks I realized that I'm trapped. There is zero perks, the insurance premium will be deducted from your CTC. SO PLEASE DON"T SPOIL YOUR CAREER. They force the employees to leave 5 star rating here....Read More
