Starting Salary-> First and foremost, the starting salary here is quite low compared to industry standards. For those looking to grow financially, this may not be the best place to start. Onboarding Experience -> The onboarding process leaves much to be desired. There's a significant lack of transparency regarding your role and responsibilities. I found that a large percentage of positions are primarily support-focused, often marketed as DevOps roles. This mismatch between expectations and reality can be frustrating for newcomers. Lack of Coding Culture & problem solving attitude -> As a software engineer, expected a good culture focused on encouraging problem solving and coding culture but there seems to be absence of a coding culture within the company. There seems to be little regard for employees' career paths or opportunities for skill improvement.
