Likes

Not been able to position product well in market for elevator products. Sensor business is good and positioned well where nothing's much to do as the application are limited.

Dislikes

Nothing much to do except follow up and payment collection. All other products are failed miserably.

Work Details

I was operating from Ahmedabad office which they closed down in a year of joining. I did not wants to get relocated at Pune. At the same time the roll and responsibilities were designed to provide growth but collusion between different verticals.
