This was my life time superb experience working in the Department of physiology. The present HOD , Dr. Maninder kaur, is not only excellent teacher but she has groomed every staff member of the Department. Used best of their skill and giving full freedom and opportunity to work. Develops leadership. Master mind of all the extra activities. H R department is very cooperative. VC sir, and Registrar take interest. The Dean listen to every staff members. Even the Trustees, fully involved in the growth of clinical super specialities. They are determined to make it equivalent to AIIMS NEW DELHI or even beyond it....Read More

Dislikes

I wish to express one thing that the nursing and paramedical staff in wards , must be more soft, professional and punctual. Sponging of body by the nursing staff , to the bed ridden patients must be encouraged.

Good communication in a department, I love the fact that I am a part of a team markets reliable.

Growth is slow.
