Everyone is same for Managment who working for 13 months who joined recently all will got 5 % increment even the inflation rate is 7-8 %. Top management change the rating without informing the Reporting manger. Thye set the example 2-3 person can't feed the dog but no one is responsible for feeding dog means no one is responsible for the deliveries of Project. top leave highering only their know people of other org and no one is joining in the IT team from last 90 days every one reads the review and don't join the company. No one in the PMo team is having any certification in the Project Managment and don't even know how to use the jira confluence. No matter how much you dedicatedly work they will give you 2 -3 rating on 2 rating you will not get any hike and on 3 you will get 5 % and on 4 if you are a chatu employe you will got 15-20 % hike. 5 lk is getting 5 % and 50 lakh is also getting 5% hike every one is same....Read More
