Oh where to start 1. All promotions and appraisals goes to UK team. They are the one controlling everything and taking all the benefits by travelling the world. While torturing Indian employees. It feels like working under British Raj instead. And the office is no less than a prison in some isolated area with no proper food cafeteria you have to settle down for their so called unlimited veg buffet which provides such bad food one will get definitely get sick next day but wait your manager won't approve your sick leave and ask you to either wfh or come to office. So obviously it's a shit place. 2. HR works for organisation so obviously your issues does not matter all they will listen to toxic managers. 3. That constant war between Gedu and metaApply is so sickening, what are you guys 5? Anyone who actually defends this place is either getting promoted or making huge salary or benefit. 4. Oh, where do I even begin with "The Ace" and their so-called "center of excellence"? It's truly a sight to behold, or should I say, a sight to avoid at all costs. The Ace apparently calls it a center of excellence, but it's clear that excellence is just a fancy word thrown around without any substance behind it. All information about the center is passed to him by relying on his friend, who just happens to be a country head, to feed him information by mistake. I mean, who needs to actually see their own workplace, right? That's so last century. The country head's strategic planning skills were apparently a big joke and not the kind that makes you laugh with joy. Now, let's move on to the HR Head, who clearly has a unique sense of style with that ponytail and shabby get-up. Who cares about professionalism when you can just brush off multiple complaints and tell people to sort things out among themselves? HR experience? Who needs that when you're too busy enjoying life at the "center of excellence"? Still, there's a Team Lead in the system who, despite 15 complaints, is sitting pretty and is now getting a promotion. And let's not forget about The Ace's brilliant hire of a Marketing head. This person seems to have mastered the art of globe-trotting, spending two weeks in India, two weeks in Dubai, and the rest in the UK or Malta, all while enjoying 5-star accommodations. Of course, the only way to justify such luxurious travel is to quote the wrong sales numbers and then promptly lay off the poor folks on the ground level. Who cares about integrity when you can save your own A88, right? But wait, there's more! The Finance head apparently pulled off some sort of scam and enjoyed a year of pure bliss before getting out. And now they've hired a director who's 55 years old and thinks he knows everything. But let's be real, he's probably only there because no one else would hire an "old man." So, he's just here to create the illusion of wisdom among a sea of donkeys. In conclusion, The Center of Excellence Gedu Global or Global Services is truly a masterclass in how not to run a workplace.
