I like only cafeteria.

There are many things about dislike factor. 1. They only said there is no pressure, but all the time TL pressurized to push more production and gave reason that I was told to pressurized by my manager then what can I do? 2. There are multiple politics, TL only gave preferences to the favourite one, Gave easy accounts to work on it.Gave easy accounts in booster plan to achieve good incentives. 3. Salary is very less as comparison to others. Fresh get only 10800 after 3 months they get only 13000, Seriously???? 4. There is 1 carrom in cafeteria, it is always occupied by the TLs, even if they loss the break they don't even get up and gave chance to another person. 5. Transport facilities is pathetic, our shift timing is 6 to 3 but wet got drop around 3:45, 3:50, even sometime 4:00 if no is present after 3:30 they deny to give drop, so we had to wait around 6:00 AM to get the drop. There are many things for dislike but I am busy right now to explain. At first I liked the company because process trainers are good(but it's a honeypot trap) later when I moved into production things got worse.

Although I'm always meeting my targets production and quality both, but most of the employees are facing salary deductions on daily basis, there is a rule where users need to meet atleast 85% of their target to mark full day present( which we are able to do by extending 12 hours long shifts almost everyday and no extra mile or incentives at all because for that you need to meet your monthly 100% target which is impossible) salary deductions are very common here, management is extremely unprofessional, I personally never take any unplanned leaves, always meet my targets yet even if I have an infection my manager will not grant me a day off, rather blackmail me to put my salary on hold, trust me your efforts don't matter, your records don't matter, nothing matters, if you are reading this please leave this company because I am going to do the same, I am also going to run a campaign through my network to boycott this company unless they improve their management and make changes to policies which are leading to salary deductions and mental harrasment, Thank you God bless you!...Read More

No proper work life balance. Worst management service. Prohance issue is the worst ever policy you will face here, so better join other medical billing company. They will deduct your salary even your target number is just less by one number and for that you will be marked as absent for full day.
