I like only cafeteria.

There are many things about dislike factor. 1. They only said there is no pressure, but all the time TL pressurized to push more production and gave reason that I was told to pressurized by my manager then what can I do? 2. There are multiple politics, TL only gave preferences to the favourite one, Gave easy accounts to work on it.Gave easy accounts in booster plan to achieve good incentives. 3. Salary is very less as comparison to others. Fresh get only 10800 after 3 months they get only 13000, Seriously???? 4. There is 1 carrom in cafeteria, it is always occupied by the TLs, even if they loss the break they don't even get up and gave chance to another person. 5. Transport facilities is pathetic, our shift timing is 6 to 3 but wet got drop around 3:45, 3:50, even sometime 4:00 if no is present after 3:30 they deny to give drop, so we had to wait around 6:00 AM to get the drop. There are many things for dislike but I am busy right now to explain. The only good thing for freshers is that they will get complete knowledge of their process within less time.

No proper work life balance. Worst management service. Prohance issue is the worst ever policy you will face here, so better join other medical billing company. They will deduct your salary even your target number is just less by one number and for that you will be marked as absent for full day.

Just the training part is best. Training part is long enough.

You get trained because you will have a tough target to meet else they will mark you as absent. They don't have allocation to provide but still you will be penalised for not meeting your target. You will have allocation of 50, out of which 20 is workable, still you will have to hit 40 target, hit miniumum of 35 else your salary for the day will be deducted
