Just the training part is best. Training part is long enough.

You get trained because you will have a tough target to meet else they will mark you as absent. They don't have allocation to provide but still you will be penalised for not meeting your target. You will have allocation of 50, out of which 20 is workable, still you will have to hit 40 target, hit miniumum of 35 else your salary for the day will be deducted

I had joined gebbs in Sept 2019 and worked there as a AR Associate for more than 1 and half year.. Since it's my first medical billing company and I used to be very stressed about my future but after joining gebbs I got all answers what I need to do with my future... The trainers, team leaders n managers all are really very supportive.. The work environment is flawless.. If you are a fresher n planning to enter in medical billing, I would definitely suggest you to join gebbs.. The only drawback I felt is salary increment you might get promotion.. But your salary increment will not happened as per your expectations.. This is the only reason most of the employees leave gebbs...

Work wasn't hectic.. Each day was going smoothly no pressure just you are assign claims n you need to complete it till end of the day.. Initially you feel pressure as a fresher in this field after a while you really enjoy your work....
