I was freshers in Gebbs healthcare. Teammates with whom I was working were very supportive for freshers. But the pay scale for freshers is very very low as compared to other organizations. TL and Line trainers need to be motivating instead of taunting.

Dislikes

It was great working with Gebbs but the Team with whom I was working were not giving downtime for meeting at not least for freshers. All they care about is their superior's time because of which we had to stretch our shift timing. Over the time I realized that they don't respect coders time. I would not suggest Gebbs for Freshers. Plus, if a coder doesn't want to work on Saturdays they will ask until they hear yes, which I don't like. in job application it was Mon-Fri working so I was expecting the same....Read More
