After working 2.5 years my Experience about Aurangabad gebbs Department Billing solutions, Not employee oriented, No appraisals, no proper shift timings 16hrs to 20hrs Shift like labours in Aurangabad branch, AM and managers always gives warning of termination if employees don't stretch to 20hrs 17hrs Shift, no growth in position, very less salary and in the name of appraisal only 150 and 50 rupees get appraised in year. Once there is manager who gave orders to lock the doors of floor that employees should not leave the building before 17hrs shift, full mental torture. HR is not supportive in Shift timings stretch, And shift timings are 7.30 am in morning like schools and there is no Proper time when you will end the shift, (in Below drop-down for shift timings 7.30 Am is not listed that's why mentioned it here), if any higher management is seeing this review please look out for Aurangabad branch ....Read More
