Alot of politics in Sakinaka location... Airoli is having a less corporate politics. Many options for growth but again politics comes in between and favouritism. Salary is good for AR Facility not for AR trainees and Sr. Ar. Associate. Appraisal are poor.

pathetic management from managers to TL's everyone is just working like bad. Once an employee hit the floor they will inform a unusual target and when its not achieved they deduct the basic salary as well, have seen people just getting 2-3 days salary since they didnt met the target. When it comes to women safety they just feel its fine a girl can come or go home anytime they want in any wee hours, company transport is as pathetic as the company management, the driver just do rash driving, and every monday its sure you wont get any pickup since the drivers must be enjoying his weekend, fresher gets hired like anything in every batch 50-80 people they train and then when they start the OJT face they just make u suffer on your own, no support from TL or any SME/floor support. i would never recommend any one to join this company specially girls please find a better company then wasting ur time here....Read More

FEELS LIKE WE ARE WORKING LIKE SLAVE. TLs and Managers order us to work forcibly. They say no work outside and blackmail fresher to continue with the organisation. THIS IS HAPPENING ACROSS ALL PROCESS IN GeBBS. They are not interested with what you are going through. If you want stress then you are welcome to this company. Salaries are deducted sometimes even when you work for 14-16 hours due to their policy. Announcement are done till midnight about next day. Ex. If holiday is mentioned then also they force people to work n say hr meeting will be there if not followed instructions.
