Everything in this company is dislike, what we get promise from management during induction been not fulfilled till my last day, till training phase wont get any salary issue but after hitting the floor the salary start deduction even after we hit the target, also about the incentive, we have to keep quality score 90+ for incentive ans we will get 5k as incentive but we get incentive of 1200 to 1500. And the main part is of TL, they dont have the manner how to talk with employees they talk with bad words if we dnt hit the target and when we ask for floor support they just ignore us and also they dnt mark our DPT and OT,the TL which has been appointed by managements are illiterate they dont have any knowledge about the process of AR how to take action and manage the team,they are just worthless for gebbs,just taking counts and giving bad words nothing good about TLs and also asking favour from employees if they want promotion and on weekend ask to come office and work and if we denie they play with out salary and we have to come on time but we dont have time to go from office. I will not give any stars to this company and also recommend by friends not to join this company.big NO....Read More
