Being at Commissioning and service team,Travelling is really difficult, because of sudden plans. There won't be prior update on the kind of work need to be carried out at site. No over time payment for the extra hours worked at site to complete the Job. sometimes you will be assigned to job which you are not experienced with or noteven known. I do receive appreciation from my client and from my managers as well, but it's worthless with respect to year end appraisals, won't get what you deserve....Read More
