Ge is very well cultured mnc in chakan. It has good compliance policy. Management lacks in the overall development and financial development of employees.

Dislikes

Junior Engineers are treated as blue collar. promotions and increments are given on personal relationship with managers which is very shameful act.

GE is great company to work for people working in management. Shop floor life is not that much good due to the management in wrong hands. GE has very good culture but people coming from different organisations make ge culture very bad. Work place is very good and well designed.

Dislikes

Lot of politics . Management is unfair to shop floor employees. salary growth is not as per market inflation.
