Looking for a advice to choose a company
Hi All, I recently got a offer of 40LPA for an 11 years experience and my current CTC is 28LPA. But the catch is my current organization is very big MNC whereas my current offer is with Tier II or Tier III company in the same field. I think I might have a good work life balance and good people to work with in the new organization but not sure about that we can't decide just by talking to them during interview process. Whereas my current organization has good team members and work life balance is not so great in current organization. Help me to choose whether to take up this new role or to stay in my current organization. I already put my papers but I'm still confused.
