As a HOB I am not satisfied my lodging and boarding facilities. My work pressure is very high, but my salary is not up-to-date as much as others, those who are devoting less time and getting handsome salary.

GD Goenka, Knowledge Park V, Greater Noida is the most pathetic and worst franchise of GD Goenka International School community. I'd like to share the following few points- -Work culture is the worst and third class. -They're running the school without the Principal. -The management is not well educated and totally money minded.-They never disclose their policies and rules with their teachers. -They are playing with the future of the students as they don't have highly qualified faculty. -They prefer Jugaads rather than doing work systematically. -Politics is at its peak. -They don't provide conveyance to their teachers and treat them as labours. -They want to hire teachers for 10-18 thousand maximum. -Admin, accountant, Principal, Best teachers have already resigned from this school. -Parents are so dissatisfied that they're withdrawing their kids. -No training, No webinar, No Health Insurance, No Team outings, No work from home, Nothing. Resigned from G D Goenka public school purnea.becouse they hide so many things from the very beginning.not gave appointment letter...they deduct huge amount of salary every month without any official information in the name of covid...last one year faced huge financial problems due to management of G D Goenka public school purnea.. not happy atall... Work for two months and get one month salary as they release salary after 25th every month. So when u join, u will get your salary after almost 55 days. The worst organisation I have ever worked. Looking for change.
