1.Management of the school. 2. Pathetic condition 3. There is time of arrival for Everyone but no fixed time for dispersal for staff. It can be 7 or 8 PM or even more. 4. Unnecessary meetings. 5. No one is worried about reality or real facts if you are saying something which is not practical it will be rewarded. 6. No matter how much loyal and hardworking you have been , your value is 0. 7. The name itself carries weight . G. D Goenka is a renowned institution in other cities like Delhi and Gurugram .The building is nice . Campus is big, lush green and has well maintained playgrounds.

Dislikes

The work culture . No respect for seniors . Too much involvement of management which is biased towards certain people. The overall academics are neglected . No efforts are made to train teachers .

The students are always eager to learn things. Upto a certain point the management and seniors were cooperative otherwise it's very toxic and doesn't align with students welfare

Dislikes

No increament, no promotion, work of multiple people, mental and verbal harrasment, unnecessary salary cuts for silly reasons, cares less about students more about the parents who pays for it.
