The work culture of the institution is very favorable to the staff and management group is very kind & cooperative.

Dislikes

As a HOB I am not satisfied my lodging and boarding facilities. My work pressure is very high, but my salary is not up-to-date as much as others, those who are devoting less time and getting handsome salary.

My experience is nice. I have learned many work skills. My management is very understanding. I have gotten the opportunity to do whatever I want to do for the betterment of the school and hostel.

There is no Health insurance, No PF No Promotion all teacher is doing job for their family there is too much monopoly by the chairman, his wife and daughter, they are doin wrong promotion for the school there is no discipline in the students Too much vulgarity doing by the students they braught mobile from the phone for making wrongvideo, principle is doing job like peon no respect by the students there is manybthing too say but can't do. The name itself carries weight . G. D Goenka is a renowned institution in other cities like Delhi and Gurugram .The building is nice . Campus is big, lush green and has well maintained playgrounds.

Dislikes

The work culture . No respect for seniors . Too much involvement of management which is biased towards certain people. The overall academics are neglected . No efforts are made to train teachers .

The students are always eager to learn things. Upto a certain point the management and seniors were cooperative otherwise it's very toxic and doesn't align with students welfare

Dislikes

No increament, no promotion, work of multiple people, mental and verbal harrasment, unnecessary salary cuts for silly reasons, cares less about students more about the parents who pays for it.
