Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The name itself carries weight . G. D Goenka is a renowned institution in other cities like Delhi and Gurugram .The building is nice . Campus is big, lush green and has well maintained playgrounds.

Dislikes

The work culture . No respect for seniors . Too much involvement of management which is biased towards certain people. The overall academics are neglected . No efforts are made to train teachers .

The students are always eager to learn things. Upto a certain point the management and seniors were cooperative otherwise it's very toxic and doesn't align with students welfare

Dislikes

No increament, no promotion, work of multiple people, mental and verbal harrasment, unnecessary salary cuts for silly reasons, cares less about students more about the parents who pays for it.
