They don’t know how to talk what to say and to whom. Management is poor. They cry in front of staff saying “How will i pay salaries”. They have money but they really don’t want to spend that. In the name of facilities given to out station candidates they’ll provide a folding bed and 200 rs thermocol mattress and thats it. There is nothing else. They’ll not give anything which they promised to give at the time of appointment. Not even appointment letters. No policies are there. They deduct money as and when they want. The School authorities during lockdown-2 were forcing employees to come and shoot video lectures at one common place in the presence of professional video experts called from different region of the area. even when whole country was following the instructions. Imbalanced here, even if the child is not writing anything in the answer book then also the teachers are forced to give 80%. Otherwise they will get an termination letter.
