If you are a Housewife/mother or you have some other business or job as well, then gcrg is the place for you. Because taking leaves is not an issue here.

Dislikes

There are many things to be disliked about GCRG. I'm mentioning that in the following points. 1. You never get salary at time. You will get January's salary in maybe June or July or even later. And that's not sometimes. It's like always the same. You'll always get your salary after 4-6 months. So if salary is the only way for your family, then never come here. 2. You can never keep your point in front of your seniors, because they are always right. Either you keep nodding your head otherwise you're out. 3. There are some people who are on high position in this institution and they are only degrading this place and filling their own pockets. 4. If by any chance you say anything infront of someone and if it hurts the ego of the seniors even if you're correct,you'll be shown the door asap. So there's no job security here. 5. Now suppose when you're thrown out of this place, ofcourse you'll want your due salary. You'll get it definitely but may be after 6 months or maybe after a year and that too when you are constantly calling them and going there maybe twice a month or more. Only then you'll be eligible for it and if you don't ask for it, just like I did, you won't get it. So choice is all yours. Best of luck!!!...Read More
