Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Politics, Relatives politics from management Personal Harassment from GM, boss always right thinking when you proved boss is wrong they will torcher you to leave, only yes sir says person will survive. Voice camera installed in office🤯, no freedom in work & communication.

Job security is their its ok. Company expects more from you but you don't expect anything. Because it is only for those people who work hard with little expectation. Here you full fill your needs not your desire.

Dislikes

Work timing is heavy. Basic required Facilities are not there. Can't take food on time. I had to work from 6.30 morning without breakfast i was taking breakfast after 9am. These are affecting to my health😖

Work Details

It gives me a better experience with tough life. In two years i gave my whole energy to GBMT. It was 12 hours duty with full pressure. I couldn't get any training for my work. But they needs perfection in job. It was little difficult.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
