During period of 2018 to 2019..Gati Kwe was awesome..we get the job statisfication and demand in market..after Allcargo acquisition the culture, service level failure ,demand in market went for toss..totally unsatisfied with the new management

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
