With old management we used feel secure but new CEO is treating old employees very bad

New CEO .. he should change the company name from Gati kwe pvt Ltd to Mahindra’s gati as he is making all his colleagues to join in gati and making it sure that old employees are removed

*Salary ontime. *One of the best company to learn domestic transportation concepts. *Ample opportunities to learn freight forwarding from cross functional team. *You will find some good mentors here. *Policies are well defined.

Work environment is not good, superior are not much supportive and talking nonsense everyday in the morning hurdle calls and increase work pressure & frustration in work. Company hire good HOD's but not change down line managers & some higher people who are still in the system from laste few decades and did nothing. Ground staff and some lower management people are working very hard and giving their complete effort.

Upper management wants work to be done, however the tools, armory are not being provided by them which is creating a low confidence level and go with the flow mindset.
