Location and Interior, but in the end environment matters alot which is lacking.

Shift timings are strict and indirectly its 10hrs job anyway. Policy is moulded from person to person Found high level of Unprofessionalism No value for professionalism here No growth in terms of work area Management are not that adaptive for new ideas Initially company ask you to bring some new ideas ,style and way of working however in the end no use of wastage , So better to join some fame organization where your words appreciably taken into action. The way all employees work taking own accountability is seen positively. Company has a different work culture altogether wherein you grow nicely. Canteen facility, employee engagement activities, branding level are too good. It gives you a different aura when you enter in the office.
