Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing and Screening:
   
• Proactively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Screen resumes and applications for technical roles, ensuring alignment with job descriptions.
2. Interview Coordination:
   
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, including pipeline status and time-to-hire.
4. Candidate Experience:
   
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, regardless of the hiring outcome.
• Communicate job offer details and assist with negotiations when necessary.
5. Market Analysis:
   
• Stay updated on industry trends and market demands for technical talent.
• Advise hiring managers on competitive salaries and benefits based on market research.
6. Employer Branding:
   
• Promote the company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
• Participate in job fairs, hackathons, and other events to build a strong talent pipeline.
