Key Responsibilities

• Job Analysis and Role Definition: Collaborate with hiring managers to analyze workforce needs and define job roles, including responsibilities, required skills, and qualifications. Create detailed job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and attract potential candidates24.
• Engaging Candidates: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to enhance their experience.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications, schedule interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit through various evaluation methods.
• Facilitating Offers: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms as necessary while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Onboarding Process: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture effectively and have all necessary resources for a successful start.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill), and compliance documentation using appropriate HR software.
