the company is in good position and it gives a opportunity who able to do the work here.a company has good culture.here my collegus are very helpfull and curious. The company mailnly produced various types of film and they have a branch at UK and USA..

For me the growth is very slow.The work pressure is very high.some times i have to work 12-13 hours in a day. here seniours are not giving me quality of works they underestimate my talent.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
