Employees get lots of holiday and party that's only good thin in garnet interiors. Other all is worst

Dislikes

Company do not respect his old employees and they don't have any rule for increment. They give increment to any one at any time. The office boys salary is higher then working employees. Company direct behaviour is worst against the employees they don't like. They can throughout you at any time without any reason. Only good looking girl can survive in this company.

Management seems to be slow in sending materials on site due to which company name gets spoiled. Lack of Communication. Comp-off to be added in system, staff is doing handwork even on weekends. Vendors and Contractors area not supporting on time especially on handing over stage.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
