In covid 19 lay off me and more employee so that there is no job security.

HR is very supportive and upper management was good and overall experience was good.but they didn't support in COVID-19. They laid off me in this situation .Now I am jobless and I have no source of money my family is dependent on me I am a simple resource of my family. God is great. Whenever I would like to thank to GDI.

Work life balance is one good thing, professional growth, promotions are decent.

Dislikes

Top level management doesn't understand what people need, managers and directors are biharis and baniyas and are biased towards people from their region or cast. HR is not helpful at all and mostly never reply to your email. Power is centralized to only 1-2 people.
